Gluten Free Bread Recipes

White Sandwich Bread Recipe Ingredients:

2 tbsp ground flax seeds

½ cup very hot water
-
1 tbsp rapid rise yeast
-
1 tsp granulated cane sugar
-
¼ cup canola oil
-
½ tsp baking soda
-
3 ¼ cups gluten free flour (Jules)
-
1 pinch of salt
-
2 tsp gluten-free baking powder
-
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
-
2 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp flax seeds
-
1 ½ cup vanilla yogurt
Gluten Free White Sandwich Bread Recipe Preparation:

Mix hot water and flax seed meal and stir.
Let aside for about 5 minutes.

Add yeast and granulated cane sugar to the
mixture and stir. Set aside to let it bubble and grow for 5 minutes.

Add all remaining in a large bowl and mixing
well.

Next, mix in the yeast/flax seed meal
mixture using the dough paddle until it form a loaf.

Scoop the dough into a greased bread pan.
-
Smooth the top, then cover with a sheet of
wax paper sprayed with cooking oil.

Set the covered dough aside for 30 minutes.

Remove the raised dough.

Preheated convection oven at 275 F or static
oven at 300 F.

Cook for approximately 60 minutes, remember
to rotate gently from side to side every 5 minutes.
-
Remove from the loaf pan to finish cooling
before slicing.
