Gluten Free Bread Recipes

White Sandwich Bread Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds

  • cup very hot water

  • 1 tbsp rapid rise yeast

  • 1 tsp granulated cane sugar

  • cup canola oil

  • tsp baking soda

  • 3 cups gluten free flour (Jules)

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 2 tsp gluten-free baking powder

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt

Gluten Free White Sandwich Bread Recipe Preparation:

  1. Mix hot water and flax seed meal and stir. Let aside for about 5 minutes.

  2. Add yeast and granulated cane sugar to the mixture and stir. Set aside to let it bubble and grow for 5 minutes.

  3. Add all remaining in a large bowl and mixing well.

  4. Next, mix in the yeast/flax seed meal mixture using the dough paddle until it form a loaf.

  5. Scoop the dough into a greased bread pan.

  6. Smooth the top, then cover with a sheet of wax paper sprayed with cooking oil.

  7. Set the covered dough aside for 30 minutes.

  8. Remove the raised dough.

  9. Preheated convection oven at 275 F or static oven at 300 F.

  10. Cook for approximately 60 minutes, remember to rotate gently from side to side every 5 minutes.

  11. Remove from the loaf pan to finish cooling before slicing.
